Glass Plate on the Mecreator 2
Glass Plate on the Mecreator 2
Hello all,
ich have i new 3D-Printer (Mecreator 2) an i am new in 3D Printing.
The Aluminium Bed on my ne printer is not plan/flat an i want to put an 3mm Glass-Plate on it.
The Glass-Plate is very good for me, for PLA it is OK and i can change 2 Glass-Plates between
2 prints very quickly.
My Question is:
I put the Glass-Plate (180x180x3mm) on my Aluminium Bed with small folding clips.
That is perfect and the Extruder have enough space to work. My Problem is, that the
Nozzle is too close on the Glass-Plate. When i press "Auto Home" the Z-Axis is too far up.
When i Print with 0.2mm i have little problems but when i print with 0.05mm the Nozzle
scratches over the glass-Plate.
I leveling the Bed with thy screws, but this is not all what i need to do.
Can someone explain to me what I need to do to adjust the height of the axis to the glass plate?
Many Thanks to you, Matthias

Re: Glass Plate on the Mecreator 2
You can just print a spacer so that it touches the endstop first.
