Problems with z axxis of prusa i 3A with 3 in one box

I have problems with the z axxis.

I linear bearing was damaged, it replaced it.

The right z axxis blocks sometimes so that i loose my horizontal calibration.

Any tipps?

Hi, firstly make sure the bearings are moving freely on the z axis smooth rods, also make sure the x axis rods are not to tight in the carriers and the extruder belt is not to tight. if you are satisfied they are ok, then i would lower / home the z axis. raise by 10 mm and adjust the couplers. na dlubricate the rods.
