pursua 13x problem with acrylic part

I buy a pursua i3x on amazon. the part i3B1-30 is poorly cut link pic shown. Can you send me an other one?

Yes,i got it,it was poorly cut.Have you contact the amazon Customer Service Executive？You need a replacement.

Yes,I'm afraid you need to ask them for a replacement,cuz i'm not in charge of the shipping.
