Both were missing in my i3 Pro B kit but I wanted to know, what is the supplied Ejector Pin and File used for?

The 2 parts are free add-on.The Ejector Pin is used to clear the nozzle when it is clogged,while the File is used to file some coarse on the Acrylic.
