Missing Parts??? Prusa I3 Pro B

Hi Everyone,
I'm a newbie here and I've been enjoying building my I3 Pro B. I bought it last September but I had no time until now to get to it.
Everything has gone quite well with the 'removal of the protective paper' being the most difficult task so far
I've got to the point of :7.4 Assemble the X-axis rods and both ends, and Part 19 x 2 (locking screw) has to be 'screwed' on but alas there is no bolt in the threaded hole (see the attached image).
I see someone else had this problem, I've checked and they haven't fallen out in the bag. I see that part 20, (Bolt, Jimi headless M3x6mm) looks like the bolts that are missing. Are these the correct part to use? I see that you advised someone else that they should have been already threaded and I believe they purchased a replacement. Do I need to do this also?
Kind of stymied at this point, I don't want to discover that part 20 is needed for something else later. I'm sure I can get them local or off Ebay.
Thanks for any help!
