Final assembly but a lot of problem

Hi I have a prusa i3 kit from you guys,
I did the mount and the installation following your instructions and I am still stuck on many points.
1. Z axis won’t move:
Issue: When sending instructions to move the Z axis, there will be noise but not any movement on the Z axis.
Probable cause: I switch the motor connection with the X axis and it is the same thing, I think the threadins rods and the couplings are not set correctly are bent (How can I do the correction?)
Your answer:
2. X, Y, (Z axis) move only in one direction:
Issue: X, Y, (Z only make noise) only move in + directions, only few steps and won’t stop when hitting the endstop, when I use the LCD screen I can only move in positive, I have no option to move in negative
Probable cause: I saw in another thread of Geeetech forum that in my Sanguinololu board the end stop must be connected into GND and SIG. To do this I should have an endstop with 3 pins conectors but the one I receive only have 2 pins conector
3. Extruder wont heat:
Issue: The heating bed warm up normally but the extruder wont warm at all.
Probable: I have triple check the wiring and there could be only 3 possible failures
1. Wiring connection in the extruder (this part is delivered ready to plug by you)
2. On the connection in the mainboard
a. If you look at the picture below you will see that
i. Upper connection – heating bed: Wiring is thick
ii. Lower connection – Extruder: Wiring is thin
3. Is my firmware set correctly?
I remain at your disposition if you need more information.
I really appreciate your help
