I3 ACRYLIC W/ SANGUINOLOLU ISSUES

Hi,
I just received a black acrylic i3 prusa with Sanguinololu. I have wired it up, it powers on with fans running & a red light on the board but the LCD panel doesn't display at all.

I have added the specialized firmware, added the USB drivers, & it is seen by Repetier-Host.

In Repetier-Host there is no measurement of temperature for the bed or extruder + there is no manual control over the motors, etc. No movement at all.

Any idea as to what is wrong? Possibly mis-wired somewhere?

Thanks.

How about swapping the connection of 2 cables behind the LCD screen?

I will try the LCD screen swap but what about the lack of movement in the motors + no heat being generated by the Extruder & Bed?

Thanks.

I managed to get the LCD screen to display & the X & Y axes to home. My going down is binding up on one side so I need to make some physical adjustments.

Thanks.

Hi again,
I am able to home X & Y axes but the 2 Z motors rotate in opposite directions with one turning left & the other right. How do I remedy this?

Thanks.

Normally, when you want the z axis move up, the motor rotate clockwise, so you should reverse the connection of one of the z motors.
