New order of GEEETech (Prusa) i3 - Clear Acrylic, with Mega2560 + RAMPS 1.4, 1.7mm filament size & 4mm extruder nozzle:

Upon receiving my kit one of the acrylic parts arrived broken in half
per the parts list on http://www.geeetech.com/Documents/Acryl ... 8mm%29.pdf
Page 14, part number A-11, PI3A-M011
(broken in the middle where the square hole is cut for the stepper motor retainer)

Also missing from my kit was the wiring needed for the dual connectors/extension to connect the dual stepper motors on the Z-axis to the 2560 controller (very tight fit & two rows are combined on the z-axis)

I have the invoice that was packaged/shipped with the printer kit - however there is not an order number listed or a purchase link listed: it does show the DHL AWB#: 7014515476
The printer was purchased through Amazon.com, Order # 114-1097654-9873008 on March 22,2015
DHL delivered the package on: March 31st, 2015, the box was rough but unbroken on outside.

If the response was that you couldn't help me and that I needed to contact customer service - why do you waste our time requesting an order number - why not refer us to customer service initially - instead of wasting a week of my time.

Small company... selling decent products for the price. Probably gonna be a while until they can adjust to the work-flow.

I'm rooting for them in the long run. :)
