i think the temperatures in my case are ok, i dont have a specific thermometer to check them but they are close to what they should be according ambient temperatures . it is 17C in the room where the printer is and heating bed and printing head have the same temperature ( 9 C ) when not heated , or they have a difference of 1-2C . so i think that they are ok .
the jam in my case is not curled but the 1,75 pla ,melts and becomes thicker and stucks in the white cables that the PLA is running through the extruder to the printing head .

the command is from repetier .
this never happens when the Z axis are moving downwards .
even if this sound does not happen , the alignment of the two Z axis breaks ,and Z axis tilts from right to left with a 3mm diference .

thank you again bang for giving me guidance .
my first report of the 8 points i have to check .
1) they do not stay in the same position !
2) they are OK
3) they look ok , they move with the rod . i think that those are working and as springs , and i have tried to put the rod a bit higher with no success .
4) the rods of the X axis , are not slide comfortable into the iron side parts (M1 and M2 ) , they need a little push (i have used lubricate ), i will try to lose the belt of X axis and check only the Z axis movement
5) i have switched the Z motors but i have not tamper the voltage (yet)
6) the second thing i have checked
7) did it before any check or operation
8) the first thing i checked , i have grind a bit both holes and switched Z top mounts (A8)
so , i m going to check the voltage , and the behavior of Z axis movement without any tension from X axis .

i have checked the voltage , it is 3.3 vdd to ground and 0.55-0.56 gnd to adjust screw .same values to all 5 steppers
i am also waiting the replacement of the aluminum building platform , today or at least tomorrow

i received the building platform did some Z axis adjustments ( unscrew the Z axis and left each axle nut with just one screw ) and did two prints . there are better than before , but i am not happy with the results .

i think there are more problems than i can solve and that there are structural problems or defective parts .

I guess you can do something to improve your print quality,like increasing the driver voltage of your extruder or change another driver for it.

hi bang , the quality is not steady ,
at the bottom it is thin , after that is solid , and then it is thin again , more thin than the print is at the bottom .
this is only at a 25x25x25 mm range of space of the X280xY210xZ200 mm of the space capable of building
it also it does not tops the Z axis at 200mm but at 180mm so it is 280x210x180
and also at the right top corner (when Z is maxed -180mm- and X is near home ) the feed pipe of the right extruder stuck between the X end stop and the hot-end and jams the X movement and alignment (but this will happen in a very "on the edge" print , that i am very far away from )
