geeetech a20 printer software issue

Hey everyone, I have a geeetech a20 3D printer and every time I use the software for that 3D printer on my laptop, it says cura engine Didn't work correctly when I try to slice. Does anyone know how to fix that error code? Thank you! appvalley tutuapp tweakbox

I was also facing the same problem since last three weeks. First i thought that my internet service is down but it was working fine, then thought that my IP address got banned but after some time it was working fine.
Please let us know what was the issue because of which this happened.
