You can try to swap the motor wires of other axes to the y-axis to see if the motor is running normally.
You can also exchange the drive board to try it out.

If there is no problem with the motor, you can check the tightness of the belt for proper adjustment;
Check if the bearing and pulley are issued (the card can be lubricated for lubrication)
