Firmware Toolkit for Win missing

Hello, I recently purchased the 3d touch system for my A20 and I was preparing to do the firmware upgrade but I saw that the toolkit software for windows has been removed from the software session, there's someone who know where I can find it?

There's someone could attach the Firmware Toolkit v2.0 ver for Windows please?
