I3 Pro C dual Head

I am a new user and need some help.
I have a dual head Pro C with a GT2560 Rev. A board. I loaded the Firmware but after moving and having the printer in storage the computer does not recognize the printer and my screen is all black rectangles. I have had no luck in trying to fix on my own. Building it was a blast but the software has been a nightmare. I no longer have the purchase info to get tech help from Geeetech so reaching out to you for suggestions and/or help.
