E180 firmware for windows

[*]how do you update the firmware on an E180?
I tried to do it via the easyprint3d app on my laptop but it kept saying time out and now my printer isn’t working.
I can’t find the toolkit for windows on the Geeetech website. And can’t find a firmware update to try and install via Cura. I’m new to all of this so bought an E180 as it looked user friendly
Any help is appreciated
