A30T Levelling Issue

Hope someone can help me with this. Received the printer a week ago and still not even got a print going... First all the motors working in reverse to begin with, which has now been solved. Now having an issue with the levelling, soon as I press number '5' as per instruction to start with (albeit they all do the same) the extruder goes south taking the nozzle below the bed. This in turn makes the bed clash with the nozzle.
Pictures below. These include firmware loaded along with the gear motor settings. Have got a video also but cant see where this can be uploaded ...
I welcome any help.

Hi,you should first copy the file on the desktop, and then drag it into the burning tool.
Please refer to this video.

Thanks for the tip. Just tried it, I dragged the file to the desktop then over to the upgrader but alas no difference.
Any other ideas ?

I looked at that but with the home button working at height which looks ok I didn't want to play with those settings. I noticed on one of your other posts it mentions 60mm but I think this was on another machine. If I do have a mess around with this setting will just apply to levelling or will it affect the home function too ?
Thanks for the heads up

I would of thought that Geeetech would have there own working machines that they could display the parameters required for the motor setup, this would stop guessing or worse damage..

It would be nice indeed, if geeetech shares the basic configuration of the printer.

Thanks for this. I'll bang them figs in tomorrow and let you know.
I've had a couple of beers so best not try lol.
I have noticed though that the figures don't stay in once the pc is disconnected. As when you tap on 'get status' it reverts back or am I missing something.

when you make a change you have to think about applying after making SET
