how to connect USBtinyISP Programmer to GT2560 V4 board

I have to flash my board with a new bootloader. The new borad GT2560 V4 doesnt have the 6 pin connector anymore.
I can not find anywhere information how to connect the programmer with the board.
Who can help? best with picture

Take a look at the backside of the mainboard. I can't believe that it's possible to flash a bootloader using the 9pin header. To me it looks like it is to connect x,y,z max endstops.
