Tried several times loading this firmware into Arduino 1.6.7 or any version of Arduino. It still creates several errors. Any suggestion on this problem. My GT2560 was totally blank now and always getting off from its COM port. If there's a way to flash the main board, please advice.

Assuming your using a Windows machine (7 preferably) and when you plug the printer in to your computer's USB port the OS appropriately enumerates the USB port . If all this happens then the issue is either with the way you have the Adriono tools configured (make sure you have the correct board setting in the software). Then if that's all set correctly, it has to be associated with the oscillator on the board. If your LCD2004 display is blank then the processor most likely isn't running. If you have access to an oscilloscope you could look at pin 20 of the processor, it should be wiggling at a few Mhz. With a eye loop look at C24, C25, R14, R16 and Q6; these are clocking components to the processor. Since this processor is a microcontroller, all 'stuff' is in the part and really only a few things good be wrong and it looks like the clocking components are in questions.
You could fight with this or spend $40US and buy another board.
