Hi all. I bought a acrillic i3 pro B from ebay. assembled OK, had some funny anomalies so i updated the firmware. After update it showed err. overtemp and frozen control panel and no matter what I do I cant reload or update the firmware. comes up with time out. Ive plugged it into a laptop first and found an article stating the usb might not have enough power so I plugged it into a tower, no luck. Some suggest a new boot loader but it has to be flashed with another audrino and I dont have one.
Any Suggestions :x

Could you post some pictures of the error msg?
BTW,could your board be detected by your computer?

So I did more testing, installed Repelier server and noticed connection to the printer would drop every 10 seconds. That would be a good reason for failed firmware update. So I presume its a failed gt2650 board.

Didn't use Repetier Server...
But did you test it in Repetier Host?

I forgot, there is another setting that needs to be changed. I don't have it in front of me, but it lets the head travel past the Z endstop. That will let you get to where you need to be. Otherwise it stops at zero instead of -1 where you need to be.
