Prusa i3 pro C Firmwareupdate Not work

Hi,

I have some troubles with headbet Stepper and Filament Stepper.

- headbet working to the wrong direction
- Filament Stepper is to Slow?

My firmaware is Not updated from my Side. Its still the preinstalled.

I downloaded the newest one and try to install the Firmware without any modifications. But its also Not Working. I cant upload the Firmware.

Hi,
What version(Arduino IDE) are you using?
The recommended version is 1.0.1:

...what are the error messages? The pictures are too small to read.
Do you have a connection to the board?
