I use auto leveling on my Pro C with 9 point mesh. I'm using the RCBugFix version of Marlin from a few days ago.

Try this. You will need to change your sensor offsets and probably a few other things since I'm using a Pro C instead. I also included the pins configuration file for the 3D Touch.
The configuration.h files will not work with the current official, stable release of Marlin or with RC8. I believe it will only work with RCBugFix.

@cosmith,
does your config also fit with some small adaptions for the I3X Pro?
I'm also interested to setup the mesh leveling with a cap sensor on my X Pro.
