pi3A Pro Box dual extruder firmware

I have the dual extruder virsion from prusa I3 A Pro
i have downloded the last firmware
For prusa I3 A Pro with the 3-in-1 3D printer control box:

prusa I3 A Pro

but i still have issues with my dual extruder
