Firmware upload issue

I followed the directions in the FAQ for uploading the firmware for my printer. When I hit the upload button I get the error in the attached picture. My problem is that my computer is not recognizing my printer. It knows something is there but not what it is or what to do with it. The printer is a I3A pro. My computer is a new one running Win10.

i recieved the same error message today.
i fixed it by click'n'hold the "Marlin.ino" file, moved the icon over the Marlin.exe file and released the mouse.
this way windows starts a programm and opening the dropped file.
if you did correctly, you'll notice, that all important filenames will appear in marlin (see screenshot).

HINT:
after that, the next problem appeared: my COM-Port was blocked by the repetier-server.
you have to stop it:
1) windows search in the start menue (like looking for programs)
2) type in "repetier server" or "stop server" etc.
3) a message appears: "repetier server stopped"
4) GO FOR IT!
5) start the server again by looking for "repetier server" or "start server"

good luck

Ihofeld,
Have you installed the driver for the FTDI chip?

Russell.

@waldamore is right.
I guess you need drag all the files in the firmware to Arduino.
