Rostock 301 bugs report

Hello.
I now have a 301 that works... average, with its new metal extruder frame kit.
I use a windows 10 64b PC, and repetier host.
I flashed it with the last new firmware (1.0.02)
These but are all linked with problems with Z command...
Bug n° 1
Erratic Z command. When i swich on my printer, if i order any move, the nozzle begins to go up, and never stops, forcing the steppers at their max, no care for endstops.
Bug n°2
I ordered a G28 (home)
G1 Zxx sometimes work, sometimes not.
Bug N°3
Scripts :
For calibration i need scripts : heris my script 1
G0 X:0 Y:0 Z:20 F2000
Well after a G28, (if not the printer crashes on the roof) the printer goes to X=0, Y=0 and... Z=0, not 20 as asked....
Bug n°3
After a succesfull print.
My end script is G28, to remove hotend from my nice print !
G 28 works, but just after, steppers swich off and the the still very hot hotend crashes into my print.
I tried the M17 command, but nothing changes.
Please, let us know on how you work to correct these problems.
Please release an open souce firmware, or help us to adapt Marlin, or repetier for example, they are very performant....

Hi,
1.You can home all the axis before you order any move.
2.You can try moving Z axis a little after the home(G28) commend, then make some other orders.
3.About the crashing,i guess it's an issue in your slicer setting.Maybe you add a code to disable all the motors,so it must crash into the print.
PS.You can attach a snapshot about your "End G-gode".

Same first 2 bugs as raoulito9.
Attention raoulito9 dans ta configuration de slic3r (pinter settings -> Custom G-code )
M104 S0 ; turn off temperature
G28 X0 ; home X axis
M84 ; disable motors
comme tu peux le voir petit M84 fout la grouille et le G28 X0 aussi il faut le remplacer par un G28.
moi j'utilise ca :
M104 S0 ; turn off temperature
G28 ; home axis
M84 S0 ; hold motors
as asked by raoulito9, RELEASE the source code so that we can fix the different bugs we encounters.

Hi.
As you say, there are some strange things in firmware, that could have been fixed if it was open source.
PLEASE RELEASE SOURCES OF YOUR FIRMWARE.
I was not able to configure correctly the end of a print, and had some other side effects (extruder 0 endless retracting...)
I then tried to crate a whole new printer, in repetier AND in Cura (i use Cura slicer, that gives me better results than Slic3r) and...
Added a G28 at the end
And my printer homes at the end, motors don't disable and extruder no more retract. I'm satisfied.
Something had gone wrong in my previous configurations, and seemed to be impossible to correct.

Salut,
1.You peut la maison tout l'axe avant de commander tout mouvement.
2.You peut essayer de déplacer l' axe Z un peu après la commend maison (G28), puis faire quelques autres commandes.
3.About le fracas, je pense qu'il est un problème dans votre trancheuse setting.Maybe vous ajoutez un code pour désactiver tous les moteurs, il faut planter dans l'impression.
PS.You peut attacher un instantané de votre "Fin G-gode".
Hello William,
Everything is not translated!
For an automatic translation of Google Translator kind!
Excuse me, I use Google Translator to translate the text of the forum in French, because I'm not bilingual. Thank you for your understanding and indulgence!
For an automatic translation of Google Translator kind, it is very important to follow the correct spelling and also very important punctuation rules. For example, if you do not put a space after the end of a sentence and the beginning of another, the first word of the sentence will not be translated. Same for the sentences that begin with a letter or number followed by a period. You also need a space after the period and before the first word of the sentence, if the word is not translated! Etc. etc.
Again thank you for your understanding and indulgence!
The friend René

Bonjour William,

Hello,
Bonjour,
You will find the original text translated into English following this original French text.
Cordialement,
L'ami René

Hello,
Excuse me, I am unilingual francophone and I use Google translator to translate the texts of the forum in French and to write to you in English. Thank you for your understanding and your indulgence for these texts translated mechanically!
If your last order is G28, then the print head is at the top center of the printing plate and the nozzle could drip onto your freshly printed part.
For this reason, I recommend the following commands for the print and shutdown script:
Line 1: Deactivate the temperature.
Line 2: Position the head up and out of the print area near the Z-axis.
Line 3: Beeps to announce the end of ...
M104 S0
G0 X0 Y70 Z200 F2000
M300 S1244 P500
These G-Code lines should work if the firmware firmware from Geeetech is not buggy or outside the standards set by the 3D printer industry.
Cordially,
Friend René

Hi William,
My LCD screen reports as Version: "Firmware 1.1.0 A" - should I reflash my SW?
