Issues with Marlin Home settings

Hi all,

Trying to configure my Geeetech GT2560 board on my Prusa I3 but having major problems.

Firmware is loaded onto the board but when I home and check the current position with GCode M114 I get:

and I cant use G92 to re-set the values to 0 for X or Y, but does work on Z and E.
