I3 Pro C - Calibration problem

Hi,
I finished to build my prusa i3 pro C, dual extruder, but i have severals problems
First and most important, is , i think, a calibration problem.
When i use the software Repeater-Host, and put axes into Home Position, i have 2 problems:
- Z axies try to go down to much, touch the bed, and almost break the glass. I have to do an emergency stop to avoid that. I also cause a lot of noise, because of motors beeing block
- X axies goes to much on the right (the side withtout the "end break sensor") So it tries to go a lot on the right, which cause it to block, and motor to make an awfull noise...
I tryed to change to positions of the Home Axies in the software repeater, it doesn't work or change anything. S
ame thing when try to change the printing dimensions, nothing change ;(
If anyone have an idea how to fix those problems
Thanks
