Firmware burning

Note: All of the pins are on high electrical level when you are burning the firmware. So the extruder and the hot bed will be in a state of being heated. Please make sure to turn off the main power or unplug the plug of the hot bed and heating rod in order to protect you from being burned.

1) Before burning the firmware through USB connection, you need to insert 2 corresponding jumper caps on the control board.

Hi, i made changes to the M201 printer: i've installed a E3dv6 hotend, so no more mixing filament. How do i customize the firmware for this change. IE : ive have another thermistor + the second steppermotor is still being controled.

I only can see the .hex code, not something i can edit using arduino.

@MartinHuigh
The firmware for M201 is not open source,and you don't need to make the change in the firmware cuz it just lose the mixer function when you change a E3dv6 hotend.

OK, it's clear for me now... I'll replace the GTM32 board with something open source. I'll keep the 2to1 extruder + GTM32 board apart as a set for future projects, for now my desire is to print with 1 extruder and a opensource board with Marlin. ( I''ll just recently stepped into 3d printing and bought a used M201)
