Firmware selection for Repetier Server

Hi, I'm trying to setup Repetier Server software for my Geeetech Prusa I3X. I was wondering which firmware I need to select for the Repetier Server software (I have had it running well on Repetier Host so far). The selction the software gives me is:

Marlin
Repetier-firmware
Smoothieware

you can use the original firmware here:

don't know..I think both of them will do..
