can i get the firmware for GT2560

hey i have the i3x my heat bed wont go past 70c should i turn on pidtemp useing M303 E-1 S60 C8 then M304 P1 I2 D3 ? and my lcd 2004 will not scroll how can i fix this?

Does your bed temperature reads correct at room temperature? If so, then I think you needn't to run this commands.
What's your bed type? Is it MK2A or MK2B? You can refer to the link here to check the wiring of the bed:

For the LCD, check the pin12 and pin13 of the mainchip, see if there's solder bridge or something make them shorted out.

i have the MK2A heat bed and it reads right at room temp it say the same thing his the extruder. i have that firmware installed still the same thing happening i will look at pin12 and pin13 on the mainchip one i get home if it is bridged or shorting out how would i fix it

sorry, I made a mistake, forget about the pin12 and 13, it's not this two pins, it's the pins in the SD card slot, see if it has bridge. you can check the picture I updated above. also you can check the back of the LCD board too. And what's the resistance of the hotbed(remember to minus the resistance of the multimeter)? if it's larger then 2ohms, then the resistance it too big.
