Hi! I have had my 3d printer now for three weeks, It has been goo and I was able to do everything that I wanted. But today, when I tried to print, I noticed that the filament was not feeding through, thats when I notice that the motors were not turning. Thinking it might be an issue of blockage or jam, I tried to clean the nozzle, thats wen I noticed that the i couldn't control the printer anymore. Althought I can manipulate and command the printer, nothing happens. I can see the target temperature being reeflected pm thje LCD screen but the actual temperature doesn't go up at all. I thought it might be a firmware issue so I tried to flash using the firmware you guys sent me over email. I am new to programming so there's a lot that I don't understand. I keep getting errors when i try to upload the firmware.

How do I correct this??? Do you think I still need to update the firmware? X,Y,Z and heaters don't work at all.. Thank you
