Looks like I am having issues with the firmware you've supplied (prints were corrupting 2-3hrs into the print), I've downloaded the current version of Marlin and applied the i3 Pro B settings and have completed 2 long prints (3hrs+) successfully so far. Will keep testing with the new firmware (1.0.3).

Can someone please advise where I may set the 'home' location so that the extrusion head is sitting above the front left corner glass, and not the hex nut?

Hi, Vicoz2009
There are 2 mothods:
1. Rotate the srew above Z endstop clockwise to let the screw touch Z endstop earlier.
2. Lower the height of hot bed. I don't suggest this method, because this will spend you longer time. If the bed is not level, it may lead to a bad printing.

My Z travel is fine, its actually the X and Y. I was hoping there is something in the firmware that I can change this. I saw somewhere it can be changed via GCODE but that would be temporary only.

Sorry, the axis will stop as it touches endstop. Generally, the nozzle will be above the front-left corner of glass, not above the hex nut. If you really want the nozzle exactly above the front-left corner of glass, I suggest you re-design a x-motor holder to change the location of x endstop.
The command you can give in g-code can be referred in "Marlin_main.cpp".

I got Geeetech I3 Pro 3D printer with Sanguinololu controller v. 1.3a. My Y and Z axis are working fine. X and Extruder do not work when controlled via LCD2004 panel. When X and Extruder motors are connected to Y port of the controller they work when changin Y position. Swapping driver modules did not help. Next step I would like to reload the firmware. Can you please prodive the link for it?
Thank you.

Hello, to protect the extruder motor, it can not unless the temperature is more then 180 degrees.
