LOL quit using windows . . I did it via Linux connects via /dev/ttyUSB0 no serial port stuff needed . . Try Ubuntu 15.10 for a O/S that does not have viru's, bots, or malware like windows does . . ( Linux much safer and better )

could bot upload firmware to Rostock 301
message appear as "jump app fail"
at the end of the upload
now lcd screen does not work and the nob does not work

What you need to do is to get
ransomware protection to avoid any damage that could be done to your computer. It will continuously monitor your data and look for ransomware or malware that could potentially infect your data.
