firmware GTM32 ProVb inavailable?

Can someone help me, please. I want to do upload the firmware to control Board GTM32 proVb for a I3 M201, but when I followed the instructions on this Instruction with Hyperterminal and in point 6 this Instruction when I send firmware, opens another window, but in it nothing happens and after a while the new window appears with error message: "No response from remote system".
I have one other problem, the motor for Axis Z don't move, i think it's because the tension is not good, can you tell me what i can do?

#bang, can you see for the firmware Update please?
Since the start i can't update the firmware with HYPER TERMINAL. Always i have a error message, it's : No response from remote system.

It's NOT the USB cable, and the board card work because i making one or two print and can control the print with Simplify 3D

Please, i need this Update, i'm in Old version at this time.

BTW: any of this firware of my Prusa I3 M201 doesent work :/
