Prusa I3 A connection failed

Hi there,

I am facing a problem with the connection of me ed printer to my windows laptop. I always receive the message that says "COM3 port access denied". I've tried to install USB the drivers (which I found them here http://www.geeetech.com/wiki/index.php/ ... he_drivers) but in vain.
Could anyone help me on that once I am not software geek?

first ,try unplug the usb cable and plug again;
second,check if you connect the printer with the Repetier Host software.If so,disconnect them.
