Yes, original Geeetech Pro B Acryl, default metal parts (Z and Extruder).

Strange, with your 14. Nov. version also the bed temp. wont go over 50°C.

With the default FW (http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 20&t=17046) (GT2560), I have no problems.

Cleared EEPROM? (send M502 followed by M500).

I also suspect EEPROM issues.

Ok, I send M502 and M500
and with with this Conf optimizations (original Geeetech Conf):

Code: Select all

//#define PIDTEMPBED
#define INVERT_X_DIR false
#define X_MIN_POS -10
//#define AUTO_BED_LEVELING_BILINEAR
//#define Z_SAFE_HOMING
//#define EEPROM_CHITCHAT
my test File 1 (Z, 10mm) has a high of 9,50mm and File 2 (XY, 2mm high) has a high of 1,22mm.

That's really strange. Check power to steppers maybe? Grasping at straws here...
I haven't received my digital caliper yet (will arrive within a week) so I can only do some crude measurements and it seems spot on here.

The changes made from the github.com repo works great for me. The bed temperature is rock solid and keeping set temp spot on for the full print. PID temp for the bed is great!

epic fail :oops:

I took the 21. Nov. version of RCbugfix and read every line of the conf twice.
every time I forget to disable "#define BLTOUCH"

Sorry :oops:

... Testfile is printing and looks good
