Z Axis Home Position
Re: Z Axis Home Position
did you guys add an homing command in the start gcode command list? before the printer start to print it should be home itself and then start to print, if not it might behave like what you said.
Re: Z Axis Home Position
Sorry for not replying in a while, I was very busy lately and had not the power to work on the problem.
I did not fix it yet, I am using the same workaround as jeff52.
I am now downloading the latest firmware and am hoping it will fix the error.
I will reply if it worked.
@Mark
I looked up the custom code section and it is the same as yours, the factory setting.

Re: Z Axis Home Position
I tried the new firmware out (which seems to be the same as the one posted earlier in this thread).
Did not change anything. Still the same problem.

Re: Z Axis Home Position
I just found this topic after googling for a couple of minutes because I have the same problem here.
Z axis once stops when the end stop clicks, and once it stops after it's unclicked.
This was driving me mad because I was adjusting the bed level all the time without successful results.
It can't be a random issue because I'm having it as well especially that I got my printer this week only.
For now I'll use jeff's workaround.
