firmware i3 pro b , GT2560 not working

Hi.
I found X motor moves reversed direction after extruder changed.
My i3 proB was working very well one year.
So I down loaded the firmware " Marlin PI3_Pro_B" as Forum suggest , to change the direction in configuration.
Arduino 1.0.1 compiled the file and loaded it to GT2560.
But I found no LCD pannel display but blocks. also Repetier host manual control not working at all.
I wondered H/W failure in the board , so run arduino sample LED blinking test and it works .
What would be the problem? What shall I do ? please help.

Have you compiled the firmware and uploaded it successfully?Could you attach some snapshoots about that?

I am sure that arduino compiled firmware and uploaded it successfuly.
I got the final solution and conclusion.

1. The firmware "Marlin PI3_Pro_B" may not work on some i3 proB GT2560 printer by some reason.
2.I found the firmware " Ramps_for_i3" which I got from Geeetech via e-mail last year, which has also .ino file ,
works successfuly on my printer. I recovered from firmware problem.

But why?I've never heard about this...And i uploaded the firmware for Pro B on GT2560 successfully a few days ago,
did you download the firmware for Pro B from here?
