Ineed the codes

I have tried to find the G codes and M codes used for this GeeTech I3 Pro C Dual Extruder 3D printer and can't find them I have the GT 2560 controller version A . . Having a problem with feed of filament I have changed TRUE to FALSE a few times saved the file and re Uploaded it still pushing the filament UP not pulling it down I changed all 3 Extruder's 0, 1, 2, to True and all of them to false and still pushed the filament OUT and UP not pulling it down . . WHY ?
Is there another file to change besides the configuration.h file to do the change in feed of the extruder's ?
