Printer not printing on hot plate

Post by jacinc85 » Sat Oct 17, 2015 8:42 am

I have a Geeetech i3 which I just finished uploading firmware onto. The printer is trying to print off of the edge of the hot plate, is there a way to center the print from the firmware? If so, what are the proper settings in the firmware?

yes I have tried to change the settings in repitier, I have tried everything that I can think of and it still tries to print off of the edge of the hot plate.
I was wondering if I could fix the problem by setting minimum settings in the firmware code, these are my current settings:

#define x_max_pos 200
#define x_min_pos 0
#define y_max_pos 200
#define y_min_pos 0
#define z_max_pos 180
#define z_min_pos 0

haven't done that before, you can try it, but ready for the emergency button if necessary!
