New i3 Dual with GT2560 board- Need to load Firmware

Hi

I'm just getting started with 3D printing. Just received a new i3 Pro C with dual extruders, and I have a bit of knowledge with electronics but I have to admit I'm lost here.

There is no firmware on my controller. I know its a GT2560 board, I've confirmed this. I have a copy of the Marlin firmware from the web, v1, not sure if it's the latest. Could someone help to tell me how to load the firmware to the GT2560?

any help would be appreciated!
