Auto bed leveling.
Any news on the auto bed levelling firmware for Marlin using an Acrylic i3?
I have the hardware mods done and can get the servo to swing the sensor up and down.
It will not hold down though due to a changes in Marlin so cannot calibrate it.
Can't find any info anywhere on what to change in Marlin.
This firmware would help the problem with the extruder holder bending after a bit of use.
It's very hard to get a consistent first layer with the unreliable holder not maintaining a constant height position from the bed.....

Re: Auto bed leveling.
I suggest you print a holder with ABS, which can bear higher temperature.
Re: Auto bed leveling.
Thank you for the quick reply.
I have printed an ABS one which I have also modified that I will put on with the next maintainance.
Still think the auto levelling would be a good improvement which was being programmed when I inquired a while ago.

I see the infill is not so good, I am afraid it can not hold the extruder so long, what value did you set? I think for such a part, it needs higher infill, 30% fill density is no problem.
You can refer to the infill part.

Thank you for the screen shots. I think I had infill at 40 or 50%. Never looked at the advanced setting.
Problem with these step type prints is unless you count which layer is the top one of the bottom step it does not give a solid layer. Only bottom and top as far as I can see.
I have on order angle aluminium 50 x 25 x 3mm, cost about $7, which I will mount the holder on.
It would take a lot of weight and heat to move that....

My G29 command on my Delta Rostock mini G2s does not function properly. How can I change the G29 command or what should I do?
