Ramps 1.4 + Mega2560
I'm having issues with the step motors going in one direction and not getting much of a response from using the software that was provided from http://www.geeetech.com/wiki/index.php/ ... d_software can someone help me with the right firmware?
Thanks,
Johnny

Hi, Johnny
Firstly, you should check if all the motors and endstops have been connected correctly.
When you want to control to motors in computer, you should let them auto home first after connecting.

You connect the x and y endstops wrong, you should swap their connections. form left to right should be x, y,z.
And I suggest you should change the direction of mainboard to let the fan cool the MOSFET down, or the MOSFET may be burnt out when heating.

ok i have moved the cables to the correct way on how you have it. i turned the power off and back on and im not getting any thing to display on the screen.
i know that you have the board in the other direction, but i'm not able to get the usb cable in with the fan being in the way. i was hoping to print a box to make a cooling tunnel.
