I am trying to upload new firmware to my A10M. It has a GT2560 v3.0 control board. Using the Smatto Firmware Upgrader V2.0, when I try to connect to the printer this is displayed:
"Reconnecting remote end successfully!
Subthread error! Details: cannot connect remote server"
I have selected the correct COM port. I also tried to use the Arduino IDE (v1.8.5) and got a similar message when it tried to upload.

Hm, i thought that smartto software is only for stm controllers and doesn't work with gt2560 v.X boards.
