updat new A30 faille

bonjour,
suivant la description de la A30 nouvel version,
le bltouch dois etre plug and play .
j aurais besoin du service apres vente giantarn-geeetech ,
apres le montage de l imprimante , j ai fais une mise a jour de la carte (Open source GTM32 PRO VD control board for A30 ) et de l ecran
malheureusement maintenant j ai l ecran qui fonction plus et pas sur que la carte gtm32 fonctionne totalement.
comment solutionner se problem ? la date d achat est vers le 20 janvier 2020.
