Hotend clogged on E0

I just got this printer not more than 2 weeks ago, and had maybe 7 to 8 prints...all with massive stringing...and now...a clogged E0 hotend. I have tried to unclog it using all of the tips on the forum, to no avail. How do I get a new hotend? Nothing I have tried to unclog it has worked.

Hi, You can clean the nozzle to 200° and clean it with a tool.

Because the hot end is two in and out,
you also need to insert two extruders into the consumables when you print monochrome to prevent nozzle clogging.

Thanks William...yes I followed that video to no avail....question...what do you mean by "consumables"?

Hi, do you check your Teflon tube for any consumables that are causing blockages?

Just remind me that when printing in monochrome,
it is best to insert consumables on both sides of the extruder.

If this is not the case, it may also cause blockages.
