Problem with Retraction

Hi Guys, hope this is the right section for this.
I'm having some iussues triyng to set the right value for the retraction on Cura 15.4.6.
With or without retraction i get so much filament and blobs around the print, plus with it ofter some times the pla stop flowing maybe because of Grinding
Can i get any help? :cry:

I'm using Cura not repetier for now ><
Where i found those options? And how does them reduce the retraction?

Sorry,i mistook the picture...
This is what i want to show you,you can find it in Cura(i'm using 2.1.3),you can decrease this value to see how it goes:

Made this using repetier with distance at 4mm and speed 40mm/s :(
will try with cura with higher distance

Again with Cura 15.04.6 speed 30mm/s and distance 6.5 mm. Better but not good enough...could the problem be the temperature 200° too high?

What model is your printer?Have you tried the recommended slicer settings we gave in Repetier Host?I think you can have a try.

It's a Prusa i3 pro B, don't remember the recommended settings Xd 40mm/s and 4,5mm?
on top of that i'm quite mad because the driving wheel of the y axis just broke...after little use damn, that's really poor quality. Now i have to wait for some spare parts
