M201 Prusa I3 not extruding

Everytime we go to print the material backs up and jams. It acts like the hole is too small and the material backs up by going sideways and back up jamming the hot end. The printer also grinds if it is raised more than 20 mm up. We have a M201 I3 with a 2 in 1 hot end.

I think you might need to check the PTFE tube according to this link:

Would normally a extruder be able to pull the wire filament spool.
My spools are directly behind the unit and every now and then I have to pull some filament out as
I see poor printing happening and the filament is actually not filling the whole ptfe tube.
This append to both of my extruded. They seem to be well calibrated as feeding manually is the same measured then asked to feed manually.
It only append when printing and a little pull required from the roll. Both roll are mounted on the supplied rack and 1kg.
Anyone experiencing something similar?

you can try to put the filament roll on the printer like this.
find some pvc tube and print two holders,then you will get a simple spool. that may works better.
