Prusa M201 Extruder/Hotend Issue(filament too thin)

I've been frustrated recently trying to get a good print out of my new M201 printer. I've had issues with the hotend where I needed to disassemble and clean it out completely. I've even treated the nozzle until I can clearly see a unclogged hole. The prints coming out seem to have narrow lines where at certain points the printer traverses fast enough where it creates small beads of filament because it is not extruding fast enough. I've played with the settings in the Slicer software and Repetier and had no luck. The two extruder motors would click and grind on the PLA because it cannot push through fast enough. I've already tried going above the recommended temperature and it barely melts any faster. I've been having this issue for a couple days now. Anyone know what might be wrong?

how's your speed settings? too fast is not good for the print job. And the beads, I think it seems like stringing, need to improve the settings too.
