4 Months Old Hot End On Fire

Our printer is 4 months old and has been running fine. Hot end temp is always at 205 printing PLA. Half way through a print the Hot End started sparking and caught on fire....... 4 Months old? Come on guys, these should last a lot longer. Please honor warranty and send me a new one. I can send pictures upon request.

Could you provide more details.Please take some pictures in different angle and post the photos to geeetech forum.

Details? Stopped in the middle of printing, sparked and caught fire. Luckily I was in the room to catch it or my house would of burnt down.

hi,my apology for delay in responding.we can't not fix the printer in technology since the hotbed end have been destroyed.Please contact the salesman.
