extruder motor in i pro c not working

I triad every thing in the forms but no use I think it's software issue, I have even switch the control ships but no extrude
can you send me the software for i pro c and how to install it my email is zx280f40@gmail.com

Hi, the firmware has been sent to your email.
Have you raised the temperature to 180 degrees? Is it moving with no filament?

yes I raised it to 180c but no extruding When go back home I will try to install the firmwar

installing not possible in ubuntu Linux can adruino get error can you help

I try it many times I get the same error arduino reading the board no issue but uploading I get error :idea:

1/I checked every thing is ok only one drive ship I put to ex2 the voltage
for it max 0.58
2/ installed the firmware you sent successfully
3/ try to move extruder both at 240c with and without filament but no use
4/ put extruder motors to x axis and they working well
5/ in LCD extruder control show only extruder no 1 or 2
I waste one week to move extruder alone and I can't print anything

any solution thanks :evil:

Is 0.58 got from A4988(the voltage between screw on A4988 and GND)?
How is it when you exchange extruder motor driver with x motor driver(A4988)?

You can control both extruder on Repetier-Host, referring to this page:

yes I did all this but no use any idea how to check if the gt2500 board is dameg in extruder motor connection area
