Extruder motor not working in correct place!

I have the Geeetech Acrylic Reprap Prusa I3,mk8 .. i have buy it before 10 days.. and i have it 2 days in my hands..

Same problems with manual in fitting ,but is okey..

my problem is the extractor motor... don't work... as normal, in normal place (don't make any move)

I Have replace the a4988 from extruder with the x axis ... nothing
I have replase the cabels from extruder to X axis... the motor ticks .. work.. (is not the motor)

BUT don't work in the right place..

I have tested with build in control>prepare> move axis > 1mm > extruder... NOPE (over 180 degrees)
and i have try to print... the system works perfect.. print .. but with INVISIBLE color.. the extrude motor don't wont to work..

Any HELP ??? ... no fun at all, i have pay 500€ (in total with clearance) and i don't have printer..

I Have buy the Geeetech Black Acrylic Frame Prusa Mendel Unassemble I3 kit GT2560 LCD2004, before 10 days... i have this printer 2 days in my hands

Some problem with fitting manual... but is ok..

MY problem is the extruders motor .. is in the correct place BUT don't want to work..

I have try all this:

1...I have change the A4988 with X axis one.... NOPE!! , the A4988 is OK
2...I have change the cabels with X axis socket... motor WORKS.. so the motor(extruder) is OK
3...I have make the internal test in over 180 degress ... prepare>move axis>1 mm > extruder ... NOPE!!!
4...I have Print with Repetier-Host.. printing PERFECT.. but with invisible color

... the extruders motor not work...
5...I use ONLY 1.75 PLA ( where i found in the packet , gift)

This is not fun at all ... i have pay over 500€ (with clearance)... and i don't have a printer..

ANY HELP??

What is the temperature of extruder? Is it above 180 degrees?

Yes is over 180 degrees .. I have write it before ..

Which slot did you connect the extruder motor to?

First is x axis cable
Second y axis cable
3th z axis cable
4th extruded motor
5th is clear and no controler exist

The 5th slot is for another extruder motor if you use dual extruder.
Let's check if it is firmware issue, the firmware has been sent to your email, please refer to this page to upload it:
